  • You may stop your massage at any time.
  • If the session is halted within the first 15 minutes, you will receive a full refund.
  • No refunds are provided after 15 minutes of treatment.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
  • We cannot extend appointments due to lateness, but we will accommodate where possible if notified in advance.

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your treatment.
  • We reserve the right to adjust or decline service if it is deemed unsafe for your health.

🔸 Hygiene & Conduct

  • Our team follows strict hygiene and cleanliness protocols for your safety and comfort.
  • Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Inappropriate conduct will lead to immediate session termination without a refund.

🔸 Payment & Refunds

  • Accepted payments: Cash and credit cards.
  • Not accepted: Digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  • ‍All sales are final. Refunds are not available for completed services.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
